I'm a 1st generation Latina Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing evidence-based, compassionate therapy for adults and young adults. My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I draw from CBT and Motivational Interviewing with a trauma-informed, attachment-aware lens. I have supported clients in the VA system and in private practice. I offer my services in English and Spanish.
